While guests enjoyed scrumptious plated appetizers and cocktails on the patio of the Beach Club, Marisa and Josh headed to some more secluded areas on the property with sisters Dana Hargitay and Gina Logan of Enluce photography, who was able to capture some absolutely mind-blowing images of the happy couple!
As the sun began to set, Pebble Beach's amazing staff helped usher guests to their tables, as they took in the serenity and ambiance of the ocean view room. Tucked into each napkin were an array of photographs Josh and Marisa had taken over their series of dives, capturing colorful corals, fish and even a few sea turtles! With a menu put together by Pebble Beach's own kitchen, guests were surely not disappointed by the Artichoke, Spinach & Wild Mushroom Cassoulet or Citrus Endive & Fennel Salad; even choosing between the Roasted Chicken or Olive-oil Seared Halibut must have been difficult!
And what better way to start the party than some music? Keith Johnson and his All-Star team were there to keep the grooves coming and the dance floor crowded, belting out old classics like the Beach Boys, "God Only Knows" to modern Katy Perry and Adele hits!
If cake wasn't enough, the bride and groom worked with their friends at
Vidamore Chocolates to create custom truffles for guests to enjoy during or
after the night! Unfortunately for us, not one truffle was left over, but that's
the sign of a good chocolate!
It's not every day that we get to work at a venue with such an accommodating
staff and a variety of amazing amenities, and Pebble Beach Catering Director, Daryl Griffith and Pete Grissim made the execution of our day run
even smoother! We don't think we could have asked for a better experience at
Pebble Beach, and we're sure Marisa and Josh can agree!
